So, I've been having a problem with wildly fluctuating frame rates since the 3.3.7 PTU, and it's continued into the PU. I first noticed it after an update to iTunes a couple months ago. I finally had some time to mess with computer stuff this weekend, so I reinstalled windows 10 (64-bit Pro), updated to the latest version (10.0.17134 Build 17134) and installed SC from a fresh download, and had amazing 40+, 50+, 60+ framerates! I installed iTunes, and I can barely get rates in the 20's. I also see a TON of screen flicker and general video screwiness but only on the launcher screens. System Specs: OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 10.0.17134 Build 17134 Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 7 CPU: i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz, 4001 Mhz, 4 Core, 8 Logical Processor RAM: 32.0 GB GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 HYBRID GAMING 11G-P4-6698-KR Any ideas what to try next?
