Hello, I've had this issue since 3.0 launched, and submitted a report, but got no progress on it last time, and gave up. I'm keen to get into the game again, but can't at all when it won't launch. When I click "Update" the launcher just crashes. I tried clearing the data, then clicked "verify" which (after a moment) changed the "update" button to "install". Clicked "install", downloaded the first 12gb and then a few smaller files. Got stuck on a 0 bytes left to download, then said 29GB left to download along with another crash. I have the game installed in E: drive instead of :smile: (C: drive is small and contains the OS. I've already tried install Star Citizen in there, but it won't fit). I have a RAID setup for E: (3 drives, one is a parity. I forgot which RAID that one is) Would love some help, as I would like to play the game again
