So, since 3.11 update I can't get into the game. My launcher crashes after 3-5 five seconds after trying to launch game. I have made an issue rapport and noticed that I was far from the only one with this problem. So rather then hang back and hoping the problem will solve itself, I though you guys could help me out! I have already tried the following steps: 1. Verify 2. Restart 3. Log out - log in. 4. Get rid of the user file. 5. Checked I have the newest launcher: 1.4.4 6. Checked I have a processor that supports new requirements: A Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-1620 v3 that supports AVX. 7. Done the - A. Uninstall launcher/ B. Throw away rsilauncher files and folders in Appdata/roaming/ C. Throw away the Launcher folder in program files/ D. Then download the launcher again - dance. 8. Uninstalled the whole damn game, seen to that the computer is clean from everything RSI related, then downloaded everything to C:directory as allways, aaaaaaaand nothing. POSSIBLE FIX! Cooper hawkes! My new hero found this solution: install the 2020-09 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 2004 for X64 (KB4576945) . It works for me! Cheers.
