Hello. After the launcher downloads (and I have to assume installs the game on my SSD drive), the "Install" button does not change to "Play", but remains to "Install". If I click the "Install" button again, or if I click the "Verify" button in the "Settings" tab, the launcher crashes and closes down. After checking the installation directory on my SSD drive, I realize that the installation seems incomplete, as I have the impression that several files are missing. I can't even find a "User" directory. This is strange to me because I didn't have this problem before my Windows crashed a few weeks ago, and I had to re-format everything, re-install my Windows 10 and all my applications. Please help.
