If your launcher is stuck in offline mode, try these things in order (most to least likely to fix) Last Update 02 DEC 2025 Contribute to IC https://issue-council.robertsspaceindustries.com/projects/LAUNCHER/issues/LCH-2007 Check that launcher is latest version (2.10.3) Update your launcher if it's not up to date Reset Launcher with ctrl alt shift R You can also try clearing the launcher cache in the settings window and restarting it. Check for multiple instances running Close launcher through task bar Check task manager and verify all instances are closed Delete launcher folder Kill all instances of the launcher Delete (%appdata%/rsilauncher) folder Restart launcher Run in admin mode Running a program in admin mode is generally best avoided, so use this as a troubleshooting step rather than a general practice. If running in admin mode resolves your issue, reinstall the launcher in a different location. Delete EAC Go to your install location, and into the RSI folder (Roberts Space Industries\StarCitizen\LIVE) and delete (EasyAntiCheat) folder. Go to (%ProgramFiles(x86)%\EasyAntiCheat_EOS) and delete "EasyAntiCheat_EOS" Go to (%APPDATA%/EasyAntiCheat) and delete everything in that folder do this after deleting the previous folder.
