This game needs a dedicated Linux launcher. For Linux users, you have to jump through hoops and rings to just get the launcher to open, then actually installing the game is another problem within itself. I purchased the game for a friend of mine, on the understanding they could download and play using Linux but, all they get is errors from the launcher constantly; either failing to download, or constantly verifying files. A dedicated Linux launcher would hopefully fix this.
