Hi citizen, I am following the development of Star Citizen for 4 years now. Unfortunately my PC wasn't able to run 3.0-3.8 smoothly (just around 20-25 FPS). Over christmas I bought myself an upgrade. Now I have: GTX 1080 Ti 32 GB RAM Ryzen 2600x @4.2GHz 500 GB NVMe storage Unfortunately I still get around 25 FPS (+/-5), even though the telemetry tells me to have around 50+ FPS. (@1080p and Ultra High) According to my overlay hardware stats, my GPU runs at 40% (limit: no load) and my CPU runs around 50% (+-10%) Furthermore I still have the film grained effect. (if relevant) Before I tried all these, I updated my GPU driver and removed the USER directory. Any help would be appriciated. Thanks in advance!
