During my ptu tests playing 3.1 I was getting fairly good fps. Between 25 and 45. I also kept an eye on my gpu usage which stayed around 30 to 40%. And my cpu usage was also high too. But now that 3.1 is live I get a constant 10 fps. Checking my graphs my gpu shows 6% utilization and my cpu is below 40%. Any ideas guys? Specs Amd fx 8370 8gb ram Gtx 1070
