My main menu constantly freezes for about 3-10 seconds at a time with 2-6 second intervals between. When it's not frozen, the framerate is good and consistent. I freeze in game sometimes too but its far less common. This issue began after 4.0 (it was fine in 3.22, I didn't play again until 4.1). Is there any known fix/workaround for this? I suspect my CPU (an i5-14600KF) might be the problem but idk for sure.
