I sent a help ticket about a month and a half ago about not being able to play game anymore. Never heard back so I sent another ticket about 2 weeks ago, still nothing. In both Arena Commander, and the Universe it will not load ship or ship load out. It says "Change Pending". That has been pending for 6 weeks now. 2 questions; 1 has anyone else had customer support issues. And 2, anyone one else stuck on Change Pending?
