Someone said he set his page file to 5gb min and 10gb max, so Windows is no longer in control of it. Sounded like snake oil to me, but what the heck, I tried it and I haven't had any crashes or disconnects since. I have no idea why. But if you're struggling with stability it doesn't hurt to try it. Fwiw, I have 16gb physical ram, 8gb vram, and a SSD.
