I meat the recommended specs but the game is not playable. it rubber band all over the place. my specs are, NVIDIA geforce 1660 TI Intel I7-4771 @3.5GHz 32 GB Ram game installed on SSD. Am I missing something? is there something i can improve to make it playable? (most likely new video card and maybe processor?)
