Since last night, I can log into the game Main menu. However when trying to get in the PU (on the loading screen), I get "Error 30000 Game client has lost its connection to the game server". I followed several CIG articles and I believe I've narrowed it down to my ISP, since I can connect with VPN and I can also connect to an alternate backup internet I have available (but not as fast). Steps taken: Whitelisted the .exe and launcher in firewall and antivirus ALT CTRL SHFT + R and verified files Character reset Restarted/confirmed speed of internet (90mb/s and 35 ping). Deleted the LIVE folder and verified/re-downloaded files. Reset Windows host files Ran SC as admin and set .exe as High priority Tested with a second (backup) internet - SC LOADED INTO PU MULTIPLE TIMES, NO ERRORS Used VPN with main internet - SC LOADED INTO PU MULTIPLE TIMES, NO ERRORS This leads me to believe that I would need to set up port forwarding if I don't want to connect to VPN each time. I switched to static IP, set up port forwarding in firewall and on the router and added the Port info from this article https://support.robertsspaceindustries.com/hc/en-us/articles/4409195221783-Router-Port-Forwarding. I still an not able to get past the PU loading screen. Any help is greatly appreciated!
