I am new to SC and although I have had it on my old Notebook, it never ran fast enough to play. Anyway, I got a new Notebook, top CPU, GPU, lots of storage, Windows 10 :disappointed:. No antivirus, Firewall turned off, Internet connection fine. I install the RSI Launcher and download the files. Takes forever until they are unpacked and then nothing happens. No 'start Game'. When I verify the installation, it downloads the manifest, updates a little game content and then nothing. Verify again results in the same. I am at a deadend. I sent a support request and got my number but that was 10 days ago. How can I get some support or does anyone have a tip for me. Many thanks.
