"A recent Windows update (KB5063878 or KB5062660-preview) has caused major problems for SSDs running on Phison controllers. Users are reporting crashes, slowdowns, and even drives disappearing from the system. It is claimed that problems within the SSDs could appear if there's approximately 50+GB of continuous writing. After a long instance of data writing, the OS doesn't recognize the SSD, and if the PC is restarted, the drive's partition is no longer accessible."
