The graphics settings for PTU version 4.5 launch with Vulkan by default, by going into the game files. I'm trying to switch back to DirectX 11 by replacing the 1 with 0. When I launch PTU, the settings change automatically. I can't access PTU 4.5 because Vulkan isn't working; error 732819469. I've uninstalled my drivers and tried older drivers, but nothing works.
