Has anyone else had this problem? I purchased a ship 4 days ago, it was a cash buy back. CIG got the money (I contacted Paypal) yet the ship was never given to me. On my billing and subscription page the transaction is listed as Status open, Payment authorized, Fulfillment none. I put in a ticket 3 hours after I made the purchase, support read it after a few hours, and hasn't responded (it listed as activity). Thanks.
