Are you having issues with launching Star Citizen and do you get this error message? This might have to do with Epic Games. For some reason, if you have the Epic Games Launcher installed, Star Citizen can not launch. Fortunately, @IceW4ve found a fix for this issue without having to uninstall the entire Epic Games Launcher. Just go into C:\Program Files (x86)\ and rename the "Epic Games" (without quotation marks) folder to something else, like "Epic Games_Backup" (without quotation marks). This should(tm) fix the 15008 error and will probably shorten the black screen whilst launching SC. Once again, thank you @IceW4ve for discovering this. I just decided to make a thread about it, to make it more well known until CIG resolves the issue. Another possible fix, in case of a nVidea GPU, is updating your drivers to the most recent drivers and doing a clean install. This also fixed the issue for multiple people.
