Re-sync your system clock. (yes, even if you have auto-sync on, it can still drift). Sometimes a simple restart of your computer is sufficient. Restart and try again. Disable any 3rd party overlays (nVidia, AMD, Discord, Steam). Update any recording software you may be using (OBS, Shadowplay, etc). Update my not be sufficient, you may need to uninstall. Known EAC issue. Reshade is allowed by CIG, but it may still trip EAC. Disable it to see if it resolves the issue! Screensavers and wallpaper programs like Steam Wallpaper Engine can also cause issues, so update and/or disable those as part of troubleshooting as well. REINSTALL EAC Close the game, close all instances of the launcher. Go to your install location, and into the RSI folder (Roberts Space Industries\StarCitizen\LIVE) and delete (EasyAntiCheat) folder. Repeat for PTU if you have PTU installed (Roberts Space Industries\StarCitizen\PTU) Go to (%ProgramFiles(x86)%\EasyAntiCheat_EOS) and delete (EasyAntiCheat_EOS) Go to (%APPDATA%/EasyAntiCheat) and delete everything in that folder do this after deleting the previous folder. Reboot computer. Open launcher and verify files. (it looks like EAC version conflict is causing the issue) If any other programs on your computer use EAC, you may need to go through this process with ALL programs that use EAC. If it's a versioning conflict that's causing the issue, then it is unfortunately necessary. EAC logs are not always helpful, but it's worth checking them before you start the hunt.
