Howdy, I'm at my wit's end regarding my connectivity to the RSI website. Page loads for the RSI website, spectrum, community HUB, all load taking 15-30 seconds. This is for all devices on my network, wired or wireless, multiple computers tested. I have tested by removing the router from the configuration and plugging different PC's directly into the modem, which is met with the same page load times. Any other network I connect to, including my backup ISP's modem, the pages load lightning fast. My primary ISP is Spectrum, which is the service experiencing the massive load times. My secondary ISP is Windstream, and does not experience this problem. While on Spectrum, my tracert to www[dot]robertsspaceindustries[dot]com populates slowly (but has acceptable ms times). While on Windstream (or other outside services, such as the office network at work), my tracert populates at a normal rate. While running a diagnostic on the connection to RSI's website, the ping is acceptable and there is no packet loss. Other websites function correctly. Edit: Further troubleshooting listed below VPN did not change behavior. Pinging website resulted in acceptable ping, the site itself just refuses to respond to my ISP's request until an arbitrary time period has passed. Cache and cookies were both cleared throughout, and multiple times, on all computers involved (three) I just don't know what the heck is going on, by all the evidence, it's clear it is a problem on Spectrum's end of things however I do not know how to proceed, calling them and telling them this one specific site is loading unbearably slow and all research points to it being their service or their hardware's fault? I'm a software monkey, not a network engineer so this all has me scratching my head. It almost feels like there's a specific and targeted throttle on the RSI website specifically. I don't know, anyway after a few months of this I'm just sick of it and I'm reaching out for help.
