I had a little time to spare, so I ran some tests. They concern the AMD64.DLL driver error. Or rather, what that shitty anti-cheat is combining with the AMD driver. If Star Citizen doesn't work with this error, both from SC and Windows, which reports an anti-cheat problem, just roll back the driver. THE LAST AMD DRIVER THAT SURELY WORKS (not for all people) IS 25.9.1 There are 2 drivers back, if I remember. 1 back may also work for some. But if you want to be on the safe side, download 25.9.1, which definitely works with SC. I'll post a random video explaining how to do it the rollback. I'll conclude by saying that it might work with a more recent driver, but without wasting time, I think 25.9.1 is definitely fine.
