If you're locked to a shard, for example due to Error 64010, try the following: 1. Close both the game and the launcher. 2. Restart the launcher and launch the game again (enter the Persistent Universe, not Arena Commander). 3. Once the loading screen has been running for about 30 seconds, perform a Character Repair. 4. Wait at least 15 minutes before trying again. This method worked for me. Credits to forum posts and mainly testing chat.
