I purchased a ship upgrade over 48 hours ago and I've yet to receive it, however I did not use paypal. I also attempted to contact support a few hours after the ship purchase as I know this is not normal and I have not yet gotten a response from this ticket, baring in mind this ticket is now also over 48 hours old. In a desperate attempt I submitted another ticket a day after, as of now this ticket is now also 24 hours old with no response from support. At this point I'm not entirely sure what to do other than to ask here and wait.
