Hello! I’ve got a ticket in for support and it’s slow to get answered. In the meantime I’m trying to see if there is anything I can do in game to get my ship working. I arrived in Levski a few days ago with a damaged ship. I bought repairs and refueled. After some time on station the ship auto stored. The next time I called it out the ship would not launch. I’ve checked 1000 times to be sure it has all components. Everything on the hud works. The item list shows all compon such as power, engine and thrusters all working but the ship won’t budge. I’ve tested my controllers and they are working fine. I have another ship that I can fly with no problems. Ive flies so many insurance claims and from different ports to see if it will fix itself but no dice. I’m attaching a pic of my powered on flight ready HUD. You can see the thrusters always appear maxed speed with a speed indicator of 1. Also there is a weird icon on bottom right of HUD. I can’t find any info as to what this icon means but I’m assuming it means no power or something. Can anyone tell me what the icon means and can anyone offer any ideas on how to fix this myself as the support staff doesn’t seem to be in a big hurry to help. Thanks.
