Hello there, here a list of some tips to fix some bugs : First of all, 99,99% of bugs are reported at the issue council : https://robertsspaceindustries.com/community/issue-council. If not report it for helping devs to fix it :smile: [Character reset] Go to : https://robertsspaceindustries.com/account/settings and use the character reset form. What am I losing? In theory nothing. But it happens that sometimes equipment for characters or ships disappears. The character reset will help solve back-end account problems, basically problems that come from the servers and not from your game. [Delete USER Folder] This is something very important to do with every update. The folder is located in C:\Program Files\Roberts Space Industries\StarCitizen\LIVE if you haven't changed the location of your game. Inside you will find your settings. To avoid losing the bindings you delete everything inside except the Controls and Profiles folder. It will allow to solve a majority of the bugs related to your game (textures, shaders..). [Helmet not equiped] It happens when you spawn and your helmet is not equipped. This is due to the fact that when you use the quick action wheel to take off or put on your helmet it does not register. To solve the problem quickly, action wheel -> put on the helmet. To solve the problem definitively -> use the mobiglass instead. [Mobiglass disappears] This often appears when you change your armor. To do this, return to the menu, modify your character and change your gender. Save then change gender and save again. Sometimes you have to do it 2/3 times for it to work. And if this is still not the case -> character reset. [Starmap not displayed] First of all check that you are not zoomed in an empty place, you have to double right click to zoom out as much as possible. If it does not appear, return to the central menu of the mobiglass then return to the starmap. Sometimes you have to do the operation 3/4 times, or even close and reopen the mobiglass, but it always ends up being displayed. [Hunting target not spawning] Wait a few tens of seconds or even a minute. If the target does not appear, go your way. [The body to be found in the cave is missing] The body search missions in the caves are broken down into 2 stages: 1 enter the cave 2 find the body It happens that sometimes when you enter the cave the quest does not go to step 2 and therefore the body does not appear. To fix this, exit the cave then re-enter. [Cannot refuel my ship] Change pad, or change station. [Refuel sound not stopping] Refuel your ship again and it will stop. [Ship not spawning] Change station and claim ship. If it does not work -> character reset. [Cant get up of a chair or a bed] You can try shift+u which sometimes works better than the Y otherwise restart the game. I hope I was able to help you in your conquest of the verse :smile:
