so i downloaded 3.0 and wanted to start it but as soon as i click launch the blue little window pops up, a few seconds later star citizen opens in a window which is just black and it immediately sends me to the crash handler. I downloaded the game multiple times by now deleted the user folder etc. nowhere online i found a fix for this problem or even someone else encountering it. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thx in advance.
