"Star Citizen has stopped running unexpectedly" on launch - Community Tech Support

When Star Citizen is launched from the launcher, easy anti cheat splash screen loads, says it is initializing, then waiting for game. After 40 seconds or so it crashes to the RSI Launcher with "Star Citizen Has Stopped Running Unexpectedly." Things I have tried: -Verifying game files -Uninstalling and reinstalling the game using the RSI uninstaller -Uninstalling the game completely using this (https://support.robertsspaceindustries.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000060747) guide and reinstalling after doing a complete cold boot of the computer -Deleting then verifying files to reinstall for the bin64, User, Easy Anti Cheat (both in RSI and AppData) folders individually. -Multiple reinstalls -Uninstalling completely and changing what folder the game is installed to. -Logging in on somebody else's account after a fresh install -Reinstalling Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable from this link (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-US/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170) Notes: -SC has run on this computer across several previous versions without issue, I believe including 3.15 and 3.16. -The Star citizen log (attached below, from C:\Program Files\Roberts Space Industries\StarCitizen\LIVE along with launcher info) shows no errors that I can see. -The Easy Anti Cheat log (attached from C:\Users\tyler\AppData\Roaming\EasyAntiCheat) shows error: "Fatal error, game process handle: 2060, exit code: 4004249606."
