So I bought this game as a Christmas gift for myself and its turned into a christmas nightmare Firstly, I log onto the game only to get hit with an infinite loading screen.. fine, I fixed it by restarting some services in windows. Second, I loaded into Crusader mode and had to deal with a very slow black loading screen, i figured out that its normal and it will take several minutes to load, fine. Third, I loaded into the game and I get horrible fps, I change my User.cfg and mess with some video settings to get to a steady 15 fps... fine. Lastly, I get to an airlock and the doors are unresponsive. I can't get to my ship that I purchased. All of this has taken me all christmas day to figure out and trouble shoot. I just want my money back. Can someone please tell me how refunds are handled?
