After the patches uploaded last night (e.g. Cumulative for March 2019, Security etc. etc.), launching the game will start but after the initial splash, when it goes full screen, the loading will hald at the picture of Port Olisar and will not progress. It will stay stuck there "Loading" for about 5 to 10 minutes and then crash. One difference I noticed after the updates: when Alt+Tabbing from this screen to other apps, instead of seamlessly jumping to my notes or web browser, i will get a black screen and not be able to see anything else, unless I do Ctrl+Alt+Tab and launch the resource manager to end manually process. Help?
