I know they are working on this but i've seen a lot of things people are doing to address it and was just wondering if anyone out there was able to fix this on a system running windows 7 pro? I am wondering if the issue has anything to do with that but if someone is able to get by this, on windows 7 pro, i'd be interested in hearing what they did. Again, I've already read through a lot of the posts, so this is just a question aimed specifically at any windows 7 pro users who are having the same issue since 3.9.1 (ish). UPDATE: The latest version of version 3.9.1-LIVE.5250536 does not appear to have fixed the issue. I removed the USER folder and quit out and went back in, but still get stuck at the gender screen. thanks, Graej
