Part 1 - So I haven't seen this posted, so I swapped normal springs for the light (blue) springs and took photos each step of the way. Take the tension off the cams by unthreading them all the way to the top. Don't worry, they can't pop out. The screw inside is longer than the top of the box! Remove the base plate. I had velcro on mine from temporary mounting. That's no longer the case. I've drilled into my mobile stands and will show that towards the end. Base plate is off! Set it aside and toss the screws into a container. Unscrew all of the top plate screws, starting with the exterior four, than the closer interior four.
