Hey everyone, I've been working on a custom Discord bot + web dashboard specifically built for Star Citizen mining organisations, and I'm looking for a few orgs who'd be interested in testing it. What it does: The bot handles the full mining workflow from start to finish. You start a private mining session in Discord, log your work orders with timers, and the bot notifies you when your ore is ready. At the end of a session, your crew votes on whether the haul goes into the org treasury or gets split privately — the bot handles the distribution either way. On the warehouse side, all mined ore and goods are tracked in a central org inventory with live value estimates based on current UEX market prices. Entries work via Discord slash commands, Excel/CSV import, or a web dashboard. There's also a bulletin board system where the org can post open ore requests — the bot automatically closes them when the needed materials come in. The web dashboard gives admins full control: channel setup, user management with per-feature permissions, price lists (manual or UEX market prices with custom markup), a blueprint encyclopaedia showing who owns what across the org, and separate databases for mineable ores and tradeable goods pulled daily from UEX.
