Discard an entire magazine while still having ammunition in it. Disadvantage: Loses all ammunition in the magazine. Advantages: No more half-full magazines when reloading. I think players should be able to choose whether to use a tactical reload for better ammunition efficiency, or to choose a speed reload in the heat of battle to directly discard a magazine with only a few bullets left.
