To summarize, for context... Dune Awakening at release offered an amazing early game experience to PvE, solo, small group type of players. For many of these players who had sunked dozens of hours in, this felt like their new "home" game for some time. Until the rug pull happened when they reached endgame. Wich only offered cool end game activities to: - Hard-core PvP players - very large clans Mind you, the devs always stated that the game would offer cool end game content for both their hard-core PvP and their more relaxed PvE or small scale PvEvP player's. The community of this game became very vocal about their concerns over the future of the game, and that unless these issues were acknowledged and addressed, then the PvE and small group of friends crowd would move on and find a new home elsewhere. Some even asked for PvE only servers. Sounds familiar ? Well, the devs heard the concerns of this portion of their community loud and clear, and made this response which: A) acknowledged the issues B) explained how they will solve these issues and give their PvE and small group of players meaningful content to participate in. C) reassure their PvP players that their goal is still to provide rich and rewarding PvP content with high risk - high reward. They are not sacrificing their PvP for PvE. This here was the perfect response to diffuse the PvE vs PvP concerns. My only question is: Where is our " to our PVE and PVP players" post from C.I.G? We need a response like this. An acknowledgement of the issues and the plans to address them.
