So, I discovered this game (game to come) recently, when I browsing around and re-educating myself on the current state of Crypto games. This one really stood out to me, mainly cause of it's linking of in game assets (Planets) to real NASA data about each planet as a reference to it's existence. A lot of other games didn't catch my attention too much after things like Crypto Kitties, and some of the TCG/Trading Card games that seem to be similar in th Crypto world these days. When I came across ExoPlanets, it just seemed to capture me. One of the big things, is that it's meant to be played more in a layed back fashion, that reminds me of the BBS days of old, where you login, play your turns, and your done for the day. A stark contrast from the constant attention needed with a lot of simpler games (Pokemon Go, Ingress type games are great example of sucking up all your time since the more time you spend, the better, constant grind. Rather than having some limited turns, and then limit your time in and out, done for the day.) How miss you Barren Lands, Falcon's Eye, and LORD! No idea how they will do in the end, but I'd like to just post about it as I think the initiative is really awesome, and the real NASA data links is a great idea. I hope they take off, and if a few people from Star Citizen join in, I just think it would be great to see you out there! In the 'Verse!
