If you don't know who Larian Studios is, they are the game company behind Baldur's Gate 3, a much anticipated CRPG sequel to the Baldur's Gate franchise, the last game having come out 20 years ago. Baldur's Gate 3 released 8/3/2023 as has been highly-regarded throughout it's three-year Early Access on Steam and it is knocking it out of park with almost a million concurrent users and a "Very Positive" rating on Steam. I'm just going to let the information, from Larian, speak for itself. Of note is the response time between the Live Hotfix announcement and the Redeployment notification. If you want to read what their community comments were like, you can visit the Steam page and look for yourself. Their Steam News feed covers all of their Early Access development and Steam community. Larian Studios also has their official forum (ie. their "Spectrum") you can visit as well. Since communication between dev and backers is an ongoing hot topic and Star Citizen is a live service, I figured some perspective could be useful.
