Why?! Because they didn't help me to recover my account and I lost whole collection of classic games including Battlefront 2 CE gifted by Epic Games. Most useless support ever, they always redirect my tickets to India department, they don't even understand me lol. But thx to Steam some of games was duplicated, and I got them back on my new Origin account. And I couldn't delink my current Epic Games account from old Origin account even trough Epic Games support, and lost gifted game, also any other EA game from EGS required Origin account and my EGS account can't be linked to new one Origin account. That's mean I can't play any other EA games from my Epic Games account.
