I'm sure many are already with this familiar with this game but I only came across it the other day and it stood out to me because it uses a blend of procedural tech and manually placed assets in a similar way to star Citizen Universe. (Devs correct me if I'm wrong) Now what particularly impressed me was how this game modelled Earth and Earth cities with a seamless transition from space to ground because I always thought modelling Earth with any accuracy and having it be geographically recognisable would be difficult using such tech - random unfamiliar planets no problem. It is even has all the landmarks and generic buildings have physics properties and be destructible along with streets, cars and people , albeit with simplified graphics. Still very impressive. You can "fly" out from Earth to the solar system and beyond and even to other galaxies all seamlessly PG generated although these "worlds" are not populated except for the odd item relevant to the game plot. Given this team (Just one guy mainly!) had a vastly smaller budget than Star Citizen I now have very high hopes that SC tech will be able to produce detailed and believable worlds that surpass anything we have seen thus far and I am especially excited to see a recognisable Earth with viable cities and landing zones. Perhaps CIG should even be contacting the Dev? Edit. Just to say I recognise there are some greater technical challenges in SC, not least that is an MMOG https://youtu.be/Z2dOw1jZpqU
