I had some ideas for a video game. Wanted to try my hands at Unity. Was just wondering what you guys think of the concept. I'm thinking something similar to what Telltale games was doing in terms of gameplay, but add a bit more RPG elements to it. This would be set in space. It would be highly influenced by the likes of Firefly and mass effect in terms of setting. But it would be an action/adventure game that plays like Walking dead/tales from the borderlands. You would travel the galaxy as a crew in search of missions to make some money. It would be episodic with seasons. Each episode would be a specific mission, and could have some sort of intertwined seasonal story arc. There would be no actual protagonist or main character. You would sometimes play different members of the crew, get to know them and use their unique talents to advance the story. This would rely heavily on dialogue and story telling. Would basically be a big space soap opera, with twists, romance, action, comedy, etc. Something along those lines.
