Look at the 1st picture: Starfield is the most sold game on Steam, before Baldur's gate 3. (not in units sold, but in $$$ received from purchases) Now look at the 2nd picture: the game is less played on its first day (24hours peak) than Baldur's gate 3 which was released officially a month ago and was in open access for 3 years. All the streamers I follow have stopped Starfield (after the sponsored videos...) and are either back to Baldur's Gate 3 or to other games. Bethesda gave a lot of games for free to streamers, even beyond the ones who were paid to play the game. I know people can people on xbox pass but the pictures show that people are buying the game on steam but are just not playing it. And again, the game was released yesterday! I thought I would not be back to Star Citizen before many months, but I am already back a day after starfield release... Huge commercial success but a very average game and nobody to scream at the scam...
