I decommissioned my fleet carrier for the refund and it should be fully decommissioned during the server reset. The only bad part of the whole deal is that we are leaving for the State Fair early in the morning. But I do plan on getting into ED early and at least purchasing the SC and flying to it and having a walk through. I have been looking forward to getting one for some time since they released them (Fairly recently) but it seems like forever when you are short the credits to get one for a while lol. I just hope I am not too exhausted to get in ED tomorrow night. I look forward to checking out my squadron insignia or whatever ED calls it that will be all over the carrier and to try a couple of different paints on it. I am going to love it for colonizing. It will hold 0k tons so it is a huge upgrade from the FC which holds 25k tons of commodities. A Coriolis station which is large but not as big as an Orbis uses about 57k tons off commodities in a build, so with the SC I can load up everything needed for the build onto the SC and move it close to the build site and deliver everything there. The 25 biullion credit cost is huge but I'll still have a couple of billion left after enabling whatever services I want so I'll be good to go. The credits will build up for me again. It has 1 large landing pads/hangars, and 8 each of the small and medium hangar/pads. Pics in the link. Here is the overview, it has many features that folks are wanting in the SC orgs: Squadron Carriers operate similar to a Drake-Class Carrier, though are considerably larger with twice as many landing pads (32 in total: 16 large, 8 medium and 8 small). Only a Squadron leader can purchase a Squadron Carrier, though once bought it can be interacted with to varying degrees by other squadron members; anyone with Navigation permissions can plot a Hyperspace jump to another system. Squadron Carriers also have a bank for sharing resources between squadron members, including commodities, personal items, goods, assets and even ships. Ships stored in the bank can be leased to other members and, while engineered and unlocked modules cannot be added, they can be outfitted with any purchasable module (such as a fully A-rated vessel). Access and control of bank assets is restricted by ranks within the Squadron that can be freely configured by squadron leadership.[1] Link to wiki for the SC: Javelin-Class Carrier | Elite Dangerous Wiki | Fandom
