I've come across this game a while back and now a fairly well known indie game channel picked it up for an impression. He says the devs are planning for Q2 2024 release date or thereabouts, but it's still in flux which I think means end of 2024 at the earliest. Basically Freelancer with some extras and a touch of Lovecraftian horror.
