Backup toc file in asset_archive folder, do the same with save files in my documents. Unpack modding tool and plugin files and move them to asset_archive folder with toc file, create few new folders inside (mods, suits, files). Unpack all mods and move them to files folder, files with extension .suit should be placed to asset_archive folder with tools and toc file. Set run as administrator for modding tool and plugin. Run modding tool, choose asset_archive as folder and confirm it (this will create required files and folders), then in mod manager open mods from files folder, check them all and push install mods button, wait until tool install mods in game. Open asset_archive folder and drug&drop .suit file to suit adding plugin, this will open console (type game language and press enter), after operation complete click any button to close plugin. Launch game, check costumes (to open Venom suits need to complete few starter missions and reach level 4; for Agent Venom suits need to reach level 26 and 29, unlock Dark Suit and MK3 suit).
