Greets, folks! I received this in an email from the devs of WWIIOL. As a reminder WWII Online is 100% supported by community funding. This means players like you make a vital difference in our ability to innovate and provide new content, fixes and continue operations. As you may know, we're working toward the future of WWII Online which includes Chokepoint and making big steps to get the main WWII Online Campaign experience onto the Unreal Engine. These are efforts that require significant support to achieve and we have done our part to help bring the premium rate down by 45% - or from $17.99/mo to $9.99/mo. We mentioned that we were taking a big risk by doing this and we were hoping to see a large response from our players. While we have seen many take on this new plan, we haven't quite yet reached the level we were anticipating. Right now we are preparing our 2022+ roadmap and our team is spending a lot of time filtering things down into what is achievable, soon you'll have a say in that with community voting - a first for official WWII Online development. Don't delay in your support for the game, you know we're doing great things and we're committed to making it happen. Act now and show your support. S! I am NOT affilated with the game. I HAVE been subscribed to it and played it for several years. This is a great deal for a Premium account. I've been keeping two Premium accounts active, for the past few years, to show MY support. To compare, my late wife and I were paying $14.99 per month each, in 2004, for "Horizons: Empire of Istaria" and "City of Heroes." Here it is, almost eight years later, and this game costs only 2/3 as much as those games did. Adjusted for inflation, $15/mo in 2004 is over $28/mo in today's money, yet the WWIIOL Premium sub is now just over 1/3 of that. It's a great deal. When you consider you're supporting the future of the game, it's a win/win. S! (salute) -Irish
