From a lore perspective I love the tension between Earth and Terra, especially as represented by the Transitionalist proposal to move the capital to Terra. It was cool to have Ngo run with relocating the capital as a part of her platform, but I felt like the lore team did a really poor job of explaining why it's a good idea. Ngo sort of summed it up as "Wouldn't it be nice, though?" So I wanted to show that Terra was more central to the UEE and the known 'verse than Earth is, as a justification for relocating the UEE capital to Terra. However, when I kept looking, it became apparent that there's a third option, which is a perfect compromise between Earth and Terra, and might actually be a better location on its own merits anyways: Ellis V, aka Noble. I don't expect the capital to actually move until far in the future of Star Citizen, and I don't really care which planet serves as capital.
