Hey guys! I'll try to keep this short, I'm just looking for some writers who love their characters and the universe and want something that's a bit more than just what you get on the forums/in orgs, as sometimes it can be hard to get character development like that. About my RP/What I prefer in writing partners: I don't mind how long it takes for you to respond. I've picked up RP after 6 months. You're fine. :heart: I don't mind how long your posts are. Realistically, making 3 paragraphs for one line of banter is ridiculous anyways. My posts will normally be 3 sentences to 5 paragraphs, I tend to mirror whoever I'm playing with. 1-liners are even cool for banter. Try me. I don't mind what kind of character you're playing. If they really don't have any reason to talk besides a couple half-hearted lines of smalltalk in a queue or something, good. It's better to take 20 posts of realistic RP and call it a job well done than break character and drag it out. Really my only preference is that you capitalize and try to punctuate. Typo all day, make mistakes, misspell things, I don't mind those either. (NOTE: If you are not a native English speaker you don't have to do this, every language has it's own rules and English is weird as hell, you just write however you want to. :heart: ) I keep my RP PG-13 just because I really don't want to read things like dismemberment or torture. Remember, ratings refer to violence, as well. The topics themselves are okay, but I can't with the details. Cut to black or keep it concise. I want to RP characters from first interactions (how they meet) to the end of their interactions (parting ways for the forseeable future) OR, if they would spend more time or bump into eachother a lot, have continuous RP (though it will change from one thing to another - they might have a friendly spar one RP and then go on a mission the next, etc.) That's pretty much it, I really don't mind much. Any interaction is a good interaction, whether they like eachother, dislike eachother, or really just don't care. Now, as for my character: She's an overly spirited, somewhat irresponsible adrenaline junky, who came from a "middle class" planet and pretty much jumped ship the second she could get away with it, to chase the one thing that satisfied her, which was racing. She's pretty much just a young upstart, the kind you see in droves in their 20's that think they can chase thrill and end up thrown out by the 'verse cause they had no clue what they were doing. Some make it, though, and that's a lot of what I want to explore - how a 'verse that's so much more intense and harsh than she realized would shape her character as she meets others inside of it. She's a very flawed character, and that's what makes her fun for me. I've been RPing her for over a year now, every single week (mostly with orgs and friends though) so she's a fleshed out character!
