I was born in 2921 on a small planet in the Kiel system named Severus. My family had lived there since generations. My home planet wasn't really anything special, but i had a nice childhood. I heard that recently there was an increase in population due to the UEE finally recognizing us. Anyways, I was 12 when my family and I took a trip to The Ark. There i learned that one of my ancestors was an important figure during the Messer Era. Severus wasnt always as peaceful as today. There was a time when it was a fortified and important military planet. My ancestor served there and after the revolution and the ratification of the Fair Chance Act he stayed on Severus. He was one of the few who settled there and basically started the Tegall family there. After the visit to the Ark it was clear to me that I had to go into the military. So at age 18 I ensigned and had my training. There I got my nickname "Niles" because I would always listen to a really old band called Nile. There music was popular almost a millenial ago and my comrades couldn't stand the sound. So, they named me after them. It didn't bother me. I like "deathmetal". After my one year training I learned that a good portion of military funds were going into Project Archangle. I send a request to be reassigned to the Project, which got approved. I worked on the project for 2 years, learning alot about the synthworld, before realizing it was a dead end. Funds for the Project were running dry and I soon was retired, at age of 21. Since then I used my military training to make some money of of private mercenary jobs and some other stuff. This finally led me to the Stanton system where I applied at Red Wood Industries. I recently got accepted and I am looking forward to working with them. I have a Drake Interplanetary Cutlass Black which i use mainly for cargo hauls and an Origin Jumpworks 325a (old model) which i do all my small interdictions and mercenary jobs with. Im thinking about switching to the new model because the old lady really has had her time. I know its not much but its mine. Most of the time you can find me around Lorville.
