Greetings, I wanted to consult the community for their perception of the state of "roleplay" within the Organizations or Corporations that appear marked as "roleplay". From what I have been able to experience in the PU, there are some people who adopt an immersive way of playing and participate in the game creating a very satisfying environment. We know that there are others who are the opposite. Currently the people of my Corp we have encountered the following situation: We discovered a criminal flying in an area where we were hunting another criminal and we decided to shoot him down. After the success, the criminal sent to jail contacted us (roleplayed) indicating that he would take revenge and that next time he would not come alone. We advise him to take advantage of the new opportunity that society gave him and that he be a good boy. He ignored us and decided to attack us again, but we were waiting for him together with the Port Olisar security forces. Other players joined the battle and it was a lot of fun, tough but exciting. The criminal and some of his collaborators were sent back to jail. A day later I decided to start an investigation into these criminals and my surprise was to discover that one of the assistants seemed to belong to a large organization and supposedly favorable to the UEE (and Roleplay org). Upon meeting them again on the same communications channel, both pilots claimed to be preparing for our next meeting. It was then (all roleplayed of course) that I decided to contact the heads of the supposedly legal corporation. To date I have written to about 9 people on Spectrum (CEO, diplomatics, Human Resources), also in their Corp recruitment thread, indicating that I want to clarify the altercation and know if my Corporation is threatened by a major or if it has been an isolated event and they will take disciplinary measures against its troublesome pilot. But I have not received a response from anyone. My conclusion is that there are large corporations with +100 pilots in which their leaders do not connect, their human and diplomatic resources are not active and, the few pilots who fly from time to time go outside the norms of said corporation because nobody watches them . It's a shame because the conversations with the criminals were fun and could have led to a cross-talk of "role-playing" messages that would add fun to the game, instead of always repeating the same missions and activities that it currently offers us. What do you think about it? Is the roleplay active in the Orgs / Corp that have that tag active? Or are they simply referring to experiencing the game in an immersive way?
