Besides getting used to the new game mechanics and the MUCH bigger Stanton system, I was thinking of running a minor/short RP run with a "one-shot" character. Think of it as kind of a micro story that would begin with the creation of the character and end with the death of the character. In my case, the death would end the story. I feel this will be a fantastic warm up to the real game and the character driven stories that will come from the game. Once the character dies, which I fully expect him to do, I may run with more characters as time allows under the same rules. So, anyone else planning on running a story line? If so, what will your focus be (if any)? Will you play perma-death or have a mechanic for some sort of rebirth? Will death even be a possibility in your story or would you just roll with what comes your way and not have the character experience death in a short story kind of format? Profession specific? Let me know what you all think! :blush:
