Squated at the end of a New Horizon Alley on Green it is overshadowed by the pristine skyscrapers and floating plattforms nearby. And yet it has a lot of history. If you believe Lennard the Innkeeper , he drawes the ale through the very same same pipelines that long ago fed the engine of Ian Rikkords second racing craft. And whether you believe Lennards story on how he found those pipelines or why he ( according to himself the biggest talent in racing ever) never won a race and quit his racing career or if you don't, there is for sure something about this place. Over decades it has drawn racers here. And it still does...
